Hungry Jack Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound hamburger
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Salt, to taste
• 3/4 cup shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 (1 pound 12 ounce) can pork and beans
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons vinegar1 can Hungry Jack biscuits

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Fry hamburger and onion together until brown
3. Add brown sugar, salt, barbecue sauce, pork and beans, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar and bake in a 2-quart casserole for 20 minutes
4. Cut biscuits in half and place them on the cut side around the dish; sprinkle cheese on biscuits
5. Bake until brown
