Tuna-Cashew Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 1 can chow mein noodles – (3 oz)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup – (10 1/2 oz)
  • 1 can tuna – drained and flaked – (6 1/2 or 7 oz)
  • 1 cup dry roasted cashews
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  1. Lemon wedges for garnish
  2. About 40 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles.
  4. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir rest of noodles with undiluted soup, tuna, nuts, celery, onion and water.
  5. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
