Keto Peanut And Butter Cubes Recipe

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons Monk fruit powder
  • a pinch of coarse salt
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

Method

  1. Microwave the butter, coconut oil, and vanilla until melted.
  2. Add cinnamon powder, Monk fruit powder, and salt.
  3. Put the chopped peanuts into a silicon mold or an ice cube tray.
  4. Pour the warm butter mixture over the peanuts.
  5. Place in your freezer for 40 to 50 minutes. Bon appetit!
