Ginger And Banana Muffins Recipe


Servings : 12 muffins.

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ? cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ? cup coconut milk


  1. Combine the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  2. Stir in the ginger, coconut oil applesauce, bananas, and coconut milk
  3. Spoon the batter into your muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown
  4. Allow the muffins to cool completely before serving or storing
