Baked Sweet Potatoes Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • sea salt


  1. Scrub and prick sweet potatoes with fork
  2. Roll in salt while damp
  3. Wrap each in aluminum foil and arrange in slow cooker
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours until each potato is soft
  5. Yield: 6 servings
  6. Per serving: 121 g water; 115 calories (2% from fat, 7% from protein, 91% from carb)
