Creamed Potatoes Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 1 pound (900 g) red potatoes, quartered
  • 225g fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 280g cream of potato soup
  • 2 tbsps (15 g) ranch dressing mix


  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker
  2. Beat together cream cheese, soup, and ranch dressing mix
  3. Stir into potatoes
  4. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or until potatoes are tender
  5. Yield: 8 servings
  6. Per serving: 102 g water; 311 calories (16% from fat, 11% from protein, 73% from carb)
