Cranberry Bread Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (255 g) fat-free cottage cheese
  • ½ cup (120 ml) egg substitute
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2¾ cups (345 g) Heart-Healthy Baking mix
  • ½ cup 60 g dried cranberries

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Spread mixture in bottom of cooker
  4. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
  5. Yield: 8 servings
  6. Per serving: 69 g water; 293 calories (3% from fat, 15% from protein, 83% from carb)
