Cranberry Bread Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup (255 g) fat-free cottage cheese
- ½ cup (120 ml) egg substitute
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- ¾ cup (175 ml) skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2¾ cups (345 g) Heart-Healthy Baking mix
- ½ cup 60 g dried cranberries
Method
- Combine all ingredients
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Spread mixture in bottom of cooker
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 69 g water; 293 calories (3% from fat, 15% from protein, 83% from carb)
