Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger paste or ginger juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups chilled apple juice Ice cubes, for serving
Method
- Combine the ginger paste and lemon juice in a pitcher and stir to blend
- Add the apple juice
- Place a few ice cubes in 2 glasses, pour the juice mixture over the ice and serve immediately
