Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup (160 g) thinly sliced onion
- ¼ cup (71 g) orange juice concentrate
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 255g mandarin oranges, drained
Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- Combine onion, orange juice concentrate, and poultry seasoning
- Pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours
- Stir in mandarin oranges
- Yield: 4 servings
