Mandarin Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup (160 g) thinly sliced onion
  • ¼ cup (71 g) orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 255g mandarin oranges, drained

Method

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker
  2. Combine onion, orange juice concentrate, and poultry seasoning
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours
  5. Stir in mandarin oranges
  6. Yield: 4 servings
  7. Per serving: 156 g water; 147 calories (6% from fat, 48% from protein, 46% from carb)

Serve with rice or pasta
