Honey Mustard Ribs Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 3½ pounds 1 6 kg country style pork ribs
  • 1 cup (250 g) barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup (88 g) honey mustard
  • 1-2 teaspoons Salt-Free Seasoning Blend


  1. Place ribs in a slow cooker
  2. In a small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and seasoning blend
  3. Pour over ribs in cooker; stir to coat
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours
  5. Transfer ribs to a serving platter
  6. Strain sauce into a bowl; skim fat from sauce
  7. Drizzle some of the sauce over the ribs and pass the remaining sauce at the table
  8. Yield: 8 servings
  9. Per serving: 174 g water; 385 calories (41% from fat, 42% from protein, 17% from carb)
